During the event, in the archive’s searchroom there will be the chance to talk to Rugby League Cares and Heritage Quay staff about resources and support available for RL historians and there will also be the opportunity to help the archives team with their cataloguing project by identifying players in old photographs. This work will feed directly into the RFL archive.

Finally, there will be the chance to find out more about the Heritage Quay Rugby League historian training days, a series of sessions starting in May offering free advice and skills development across a wide range of areas.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore the current Rugby League exhibition at Heritage Quay (not to be confused with the Rugby League Cares touring exhibition!)
