Rugby League Cares is proud to present 13 Inspirations – The Guiding Lights of Rugby League, a book about 13 of the sport’s most inspirational figures written by many of the leading writers and personalities in Rugby League. Thirteen fascinating stories of heroes such as Lance Todd, Darren Lockyer and Jamie Peacock MBE are edited by Tony Hannan of Scratching Shed Publications and includes contributions from Kevin Sinfield MBE, Jon Wilkin and Brian Noble.

To celebrate the publication of the book, Rugby League Cares is organising a special event at the University of Huddersfield’s Heritage Quay on Saturday December 13 at 10am to 1.30pm. The day will feature a reading from the book, a question and answer panel with writers and subjects, a chance to tour the heritage collection and archives and also the opportunity to purchase your book and get it signed. Fans and the wider Rugby League community are invited and encouraged to attend.
