    Published papers and articles either authored or co-authored by George Glew beginning from his first post at Reading University through to that of Professor and Head of Department of Catering Studies at Huddersfield Polytechnic. The subjects range from research into Dairying, the effects of radiation on foodstuffs, food sciences and catering research. The bulk of the output was from his time at Leeds and Huddersfield.

    A broad selection of material that includes laboratory report files, details of a ‘cook-freeze-thaw’ project, a school meal project for West Yorkshire, a survey of Kirklees catering services, a study of the dietary habits of Huddersfield school children and a number of bound copies of work carried out by members of the Catering Research Centre.
